Such tumor includes fibroid of different kinds, Ovarian Cysts, Ovarian Mass, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, (PCOS)Polycystic ovarian syndrome, Hydosalpinx, Ashermans syndrome, Tubal blockage and Pelvic adhesion.
The drug is a round shaped tablet of about 7.5 grammes made specifically from herbal components for the removal of growths or tumor in the female reproductive system. Such tumor includes fibroid of different kinds, Ovarian Cysts, Ovarian Mass, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Tubal blockage.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION.
FIBROID: Single dose Therapy
Insert 2 Tablets once deeply into the vagina using a candle stick worn over by a rubber condom
OVARIAN CYSTS: Single Dose Therapy
Insert 2 Tablets using the same method above.
OVARIAN MASS: Insert 2 tablets using the same method
PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE: Single Dose Therapy
2 Tablets using the same method
Tubal Blockage, Ashermans Syndrome/ Adhesion: Single Dose Therapy Insert only 1 Tablet with a candle stick worn over by a rubber condom
Treatment to be repeated by patients with multiple growths
MECHANISM OF REACTION
Day 1 – 3 of insert: Patient begins to experience watery fluid discharge; this may be accompanied by burning vaginal discomfort and feverish conditions
Day 4 – 5 of insertion, Patient experiences vaginal discomfort coupled with abdominal cramps at intervals accompanied by blood discharge. In some patient however, there may not be blood discharge on the 4th or 5th day but heavy burst of creamy fluid where the content of the tumor is creamy echo-pattern. This usually occurs in patients with ovarian mass and fibroids with only echo-pattern that is creamy in nature. This also may be accompanied by brownish creamy discharge.
The blood discharge may flow for a period of 4 to 8 days and stops.
9- 10th day, the delivery process begins and may take up to 4 days before the tumor is delivered. It may also be accompanied by heavy blood flow.
– Patients who have been diagnosed for Diabetes, Hypertension, Pregnancy and have caesarian process for a period less than 24 months are advised against using the therapy.
– Drug should not be administered during menstrual flow, blood discharge.
– Sexual intercourse must be avoided during therapy.
– There must be no intravenous infusion of drip (Sucrose)
SIDE EFFECT OF THE DRUG
In the event of patients experiencing feverish conditions, analgesic like Paracetamol may be administered. Patients are advised to sit on heat vapor from a container of hot water of about 50 to 75 degree centigrade; clean the vaginal areas with cotton wool dabbed in warm water and apply a vaginal cream.
Patients who experience heavy blood flow after delivery of tumor may be given Vit.K intravenously 6ml to stop bleeding.
Patients are strongly advised to have sexual relations with the spouse at least a day after delivery of the tumor for a period not less than 60days or two months, twice within 7days.
Abstinence from sex as advised may cause the vaginal passage to seal-up causing complications.
– Vibrators may be used by patients without spouse.
