Natureline Healthcare Services — Terms and Conditions & Mandatory Liability Waiver

Section 1: Acknowledgment of Product Status (Tumorex)

• The client acknowledges and understands that Tumorex (along with other related healthcare products such as Enervate Capsules) is currently under review by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
• By proceeding to order and purchase any medication from Natureline Healthcare Services, the client explicitly declares that they have been fully informed of this status, have read all product administration details (including the expected treatment stages and physical responses outlined in product documentation), and are choosing to purchase and administer the products of their own free will.

Section 2: Mandatory Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement

• Waiver of Claims: The client hereby voluntarily agrees to waive, release, and forever discharge Natureline Healthcare Services, its C.E.O. (Adetunji Williams), officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all legal rights, claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or administration of any fibroid or healthcare products purchased from the platform.
• Assumption of Risk: The client fully understands the treatment plan, procedure, and potential physiological processes associated with the products (including temporary discomfort, discharge, or bleeding phases as detailed in product guidelines) and assumes all risks associated with their use.
• Limitation of Responsibility: Natureline Healthcare Services shall not be held liable or responsible for any adverse reactions, complications, or medical issues arising from the use of products purchased from the platform. Responsibility and liability rest entirely with the client.
• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Natureline Healthcare Services against any legal actions, financial liabilities, damages, or claims brought forward by the client or any third party resulting from the consumption or application of the purchased medications.

Section 3: Checkbox Acceptance at Checkout
